Ready to rise to the occasion and become our dough-lightful Production Supervisor? Join our pizza-making party and help us knead our way to success! You'll be the big cheese, assisting our Production Manager in creating the perfect pizza foundations. Get ready to roll with a diverse team in a fast-paced, flour-powered environment!

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday; start time: Midnight (aka the Witching Hour for Pizza Magic)

Dough-licious Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 based on experience; plus potential to earn up to 10% company bonus (that's a lot of dough!)

YOUR SLICE OF THE PIE: RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

As our Pizza Production Maestro, you'll:

Lead the Dough Squad:

• Scout for new pizza prodigies and show them the ropes of dough-making mastery
• Level up your leadership skills at our annual "Dough Masters" training sessions
• Be the head honcho when the Big Cheese (Production Manager) is away
• Ensure your team is rolling in dough knowledge, from production to proofing
• Keep the manager in the loop about any half-baked performances
• Follow our "Crust Correction" guidelines for team improvement
• Create a work environment that's as safe as it is fun (no dough-flying contests allowed!)
• Master the art of dough alchemy, tweaking formulas like a mad scientist when QC says so
• Keep the pantry stocked with flour, supplies, and pizza-making magic
• Play pizza detective, solving dough mysteries in stores and keeping our Solo Chain in tip-top shape

Crunch the Numbers (but not the crust!):

• Help compile our daily "Dough Diary" of key pizza indicators
• Whip up statistical reports faster than you can say "extra cheese"
• Maintain the sacred dough library, your go-to pizza scroll for all dough dilemmas
• Prepare period summaries that are anything but crusty
• Conduct test bakes (aka the tastiest part of the job)

Keep the Dough Flowing:

• Be the guardian of our pizza treasure trove (aka inventory)
• Summon supplies like a pizza wizard when stocks run low
• Master the art of dough-fu in our Solo Chain
• Coordinate with our potion masters (chemical vendors) for the perfect pizza alchemy
• Schedule flour and oil deliveries like a pizza logistics ninja

Pizza Production Perfection:

• Keep your eagle eyes on the dough-main, ensuring smooth operations
• Enforce our Good Pizza-Making Practices (GPPs) and proper pizza protection gear
• Brainstorm brilliant ideas to make our pizza production even more awesome
• Be ready for any pizza challenge the Manager or Director throws your way

When duty calls, join the dough-making dream team:

• Become a jack-of-all-crusts, mastering every station in our pizza paradise
• Get your hands doughy and dive into the pizza-making action!

Qualifications

Slice of Life Experience

• High school diploma or GED (Got Extra Dough-knowledge)
• Some college expected, but a 2-year degree is the upper crust
• 2-3 years of bakery or manufacturing experience (because Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is the perfect pizza!)

Knead to Know

• Microsoft Office wizardry (Excel-lent spreadsheet skills a must!)
• Willingness to become a certified dough guru (and maintain that cheesy title)
• Flexibility to support our 24/7 pizza party, including being on call (pizza emergencies are real, folks!)

‍♂️ Superhero Qualities ‍♀️

• Ability to work a full-time/flexible schedule (because pizzas don't sleep, and neither do we!)
• Eagle eyes to inspect the production area (no sneaky pepperonis allowed!)
• Passion for wearing and rocking the Domino's uniform (it's basically a superhero costume)

Dough-mazing Physical Powers

• Stand and walk for long periods (it's like a pizza-themed marathon!)
• Climb stairs like you're scaling Mount Vesuvius
• Lift 25 lbs. frequently (that's a lot of cheese!)
• Occasionally bench press 50 lbs. (for those extra-large party orders)
• Thrive in extreme temperatures (33-38 degrees, we're looking at you, cool cats!)
• Embrace the loud machinery (it's the sound of pizza being born!)
• Ability to work around yeast and flour (allergy to awesome not allowed)

• Must pass a background check every third year (we're just making sure you haven't been secretly working for the burger joint next door)
